We are a Supported Living and Homecare Provider. We are certified in Ohio to provide Medicaid Home Care Wavier based services to elderly and developmental disabled individuals in our community. Good Samaritan has provided these services with 11 years of experience with the goal of providing assistance to individuals needing help Community integration and living in the community for success..

Sometimes people need extra support with their medications and our trained and qualified staff are everready to assist with this.
Community Intergration
Community Integration should be implemented for everyone in their community. Being a part of a community where a person lives is very important
Remote Support:
Using technology we can offer personalized help with daily tasks at home. Remote support can be useful when a client wants more independent in their home. It allows minimal supervision, set up alarms routines and or medication
Homemaker Personal Care :
Our Team will provide HPC services to our individuals and follow each plan as it is written. Assisting to accomplish each outcome in everyone's lives to be successful. Providing assistance and over sight to accomplish the behavior plan to reach each individuals goal.
